If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we aim to make the return process clear and straightforward.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Bundle & Offer Policy

For bundle deals (such as 1+1 offers or discounted sets):

  • Items purchased together must be returned together for a full refund
  • Partial returns will result in an adjusted refund, so discounts cannot be misused

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was received
  • The product arrived damaged

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 14 business days

Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.


Exchanges

If you would like a different color or model, please mention this when requesting your return.

Exchanges are subject to availability.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at:

We will arrange a replacement or refund.


Order Cancellation

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

Because of this:

  • Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed
  • Once shipping confirmation is sent, no changes can be made

Shipping Responsibility

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address
  • Customers must monitor their tracking information
  • If a package is delivered to a pick-up point, it must be collected on time

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Unclaimed packages
  • Packages returned due to missed collection
